Ms. Faiz is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles and completed her bachelor's degree at University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Faiz has been a member of the California State Bar since 1998. She is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court of the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit as well as the Supreme Court of California. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and previously served on the American Bar Association's Advisory Group. Ms. Faiz has presented continuing legal education courses for Sterling Education Seminars, Pincus, as well as the San Francisco Bar Association and events organized by groups the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, as well as Innovation Norway, Opinno and similar start-up tech incubators.
